INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - International orders WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION will be cancelled and potentially incur a $15 administrative/restock fee for refunds made due to unauthorized international purchase. PROMPT SHIPPING

We make every attempt to ship all in-stock orders USPS within the USA promptly! We try to keep all stock current, however sometimes our suppliers do run out of stock and some items may take a few additional days to ship. This is rare, but it does happen. If you have a particular delivery request or need to be certain of stock availability, just message us at info@agelessbeautypro.com. We are happy to help!

To request any other shipment method, a request by email must be sent PRIOR to order and negotiated. Any additional fees incurred must be paid before shipment is sent.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Shipping times are based on payment method and stock availability. Paypal processes immediate payments and shipping is fastest. Afterpay takes a few additional days to process and orders will be shipped after funds are delivered into our account (generally 3-5 days). Credit cards are processed through Square payment system secure servers (generally within 2-3 business days). All shipping times exclude weekends/holidays.

We currently do not offer international shipping - $15 cancellation and re-stocking fee applies.

DISCOUNTS / PROMO CODES MUST BE APPLIED AT TIME OF PURCHASE (at checkout). Discounts and promo codes will not be applied or given after purchase. They must be used at time of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancel your order prior to shipment - no problem! Disputes opened or any other cancellation, without prior approval, will incur a $15 cancellation fee in the processed refund. Cancellations 24 hours after purchase will be given in the form of a store credit only.

FRAUDULENT ORDERS

Credit card orders are evaluated for potential fraud. We receive risk alerts and determine whether an order should be cancelled and refunded or not. You will be contacted via email if your order is marked as a risk. Many times, this is nothing serious and we can always invoice for products or you can use another payment card or Paypal to complete your order.

In the event of multiple orders by the same purchaser or related to the same purchaser (email, name, address, etc.) a 10% cancellation fee will be imposed with any refunds. Orders with a risk attached will not be processed.

REFUND | RETURNS | CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer a refund on the sale of skincare products and devices. Buyer is responsible for reading products descriptions, asking questions and determining if device an/or skincare is appropriate for buyer. We do not guarantee results based on the use of the device or skincare purchased. We do not allow refunds, exchanges, returns or credit on used items. We do not offer return shipping labels or pay return shipping for approved returns unless it is our error (wrong item shipped, etc.).

STORE CREDIT: If, in the event a return is approved, a store credit will be issued. Store credits or replacements are issued for items received that are defective.

If you need to cancel an order, notify us immediately. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of placement will be refunded as a store credit. Orders cancelled (or disputes open via Paypal or other payment processors) after 24 hours will be a store credit only. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: We want you to be happy! If the product ARRIVES in a defective state, i.e., broken, leaked, or not dispensing properly, proof of said defect in picture or video will be requested and must be supplied by purchaser to info@agelessbeautypro.com within 48 hours of delivery. Return and/or proof via photo/video must be supplied before a store credit or refund/partial refund or exchange is negotiated. We cannot be held responsible for damage occurred during shipments due to shipper error, however we will try to make every attempt to resolve the issue satisfactorily.

For approved returns/refunds, seller will process store credit/refund or exchange within 7-10 days upon receipt of returned product, and fees (plus any return shipping fees) will be processed to the same payment method (and/or credit card) used to make purchase. We do not send return shipping labels unless item is defective or sent in error. Buyer has responsibility for all other approved returns. Returns are accepted with prior approval only. Please contact us immediately if you need to return an item. We will need the reason, photos (video possibly), etc. Approvals must be obtained prior to return processing. Store credit will be issued for anything other than a defective product (device) or non-working device or seller error (wrong item shipped).

If a product is returned and not found to be defective or if it is returned in a used or non-usable state, or if it is in any way not in the state as it was sent (original packaging, unused, clean, etc.) a store credit -minus shipping fees- will be issued. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: You are responsible for all postage fees (purchase, returns, etc.). Please order only if you agree. - NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AT THIS TIME.

CLAREBLEND MINI / LED RED LIGHT THERAPY TOOL

The Clareblend Mini and Clareblend Red LED may be returned for repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s six-month, limited warranty. Only registered warranties are honored. Photos/videos of defect may be requested and should be issued within 7 days of receipt of device. Returns are not accepted for used products or devices.

Other than a defective product when received, a refund will not be issued for the Clareblend Mini or Red LED for any reason. Buyer assumes all responsibilities in determination of good candidacy for microcurrent or LED.

TIME MASTER PRO (TMP)

STANDARD ONE YEAR WARRANTY - Company warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. During the warranty period, Company will replace the defective device in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling of $25, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the original dated sales receipt.

TMP PURCHASE:

We do not offer refunds on TIME MASTER PRO devices or any other skincare or device.

We offer free gifts with our Time Master Pro purchases - We cannot offer discounts or promos on this product or sets.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

If you receive a defective device, follow warranty information.

Note: This warranty does not include the following:

-Any condition resulting from other than ordinary use but not for which the product was not intended

-Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care

-Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage

-Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s results or change of mind regarding purchase

-Normal wear and tear

-Damages incurred during transportation

-Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance of adapter

TMP CLAIM PROCEDURES:

Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 7 calendar days after the merchandise is received.

Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging.

Seller reserves the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for further inspection and before shipping a replacement

Pictures and video is required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be replaced. It is our policy to replace whenever possible. We do not offer refunds.

MBK DEVICES

This manufacturer offers a HAPPINESS GUARANTEE! If defective, we can work out a replacement, however there are NO RETURNS/refunds for MBK devices other than defective.

MBK offers a two year warranty.

ALL OTHER GUARANTEES

No guarantee on skincare results due to use of product or tools sold by this seller. Seller does not guarantee results on skincare products or devices. Results will vary with user and stated results may not be what every user experiences due to numerous variables. SHIPPING

We ship all orders within 72 hours of receipt of confirmation Monday - Friday (non-holidays) We are closed weekends and major USA holidays. USA orders typically arrive in 2 - 3 days. Shopper's are provided a tracking number so they can contact the USPS to locate a package in the event it is delayed. Once we hand the package over to the USPS, delays are beyond our control.

IMPORTANT: Please be advised all CANADIAN orders are responsible for ALL shipping, return/replacement shipping, etc. Please do not order if you are not in agreement.

MISSING ITEMS: If your item is reported missing, we will assist in trying to locate the item. Items are sent with tracking information. If an item is unable to be located, we will issue a refund upon receipt of a written response from the USPS stating the package is missing and cannot be located. It is shopper's responsibility to provide us with this written verification. We do not refund until it has been missing for 22 days from the day of original shipment from us to you.

CLAIMS: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to submit claims (including photos and any packaging) to the carrier. We will supply any needed information for claims but we do not submit claims or supply refunds on claim merchandise. If an item is missing or arrives damage due to the carrier, please notify us and submit your claim with the appropriate carrier immediately. We do not supply refunds or replacements for merchandise damaged in shipment, however we can work with you to supply discounts on a replacement while you are waiting for your claims to be settled. We will work with you but it is the responsibility of the purchaser and the carrier to settle claims.

We ship in approved/supplied USPS packaging.

In any case where we are at fault by sending incorrect merchandise, we will replace the time at our cost upon receipt of the returned incorrect item.

I've only used the TMP twice so far but from the two times I used it, I noticed instant plumping and it's still there for the next couple of days or so (also been using the Caviplla)...

I used it on my lips for a nice plumping effect. I also see less hollowness under my eyes. I'm afraid to get injections under my eyes (not from the pain, just possible unnatural results) so I'm thrilled that there's an alternative.
