We make every attempt to ship all in-stock orders USPS within the USA promptly! We try to keep all stock current, however sometimes our suppliers do run out of stock and some items may take a few additional days to ship. This is rare, but it does happen. If you have a particular delivery request or need to be certain of stock availability, just message us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to help!
To request any other shipment method, a request by email must be sent PRIOR to order and negotiated. Any additional fees incurred must be paid before shipment is sent.
Shipping times are based on payment method and stock availability. Paypal processes immediate payments and shipping is fastest. Afterpay takes a few additional days to process and orders will be shipped after funds are delivered into our account (generally 3-5 days). Credit cards are processed through Square payment system secure servers (generally within 2-3 business days). All shipping times exclude weekends/holidays.

We currently do not offer international shipping - $15 cancellation and re-stocking fee applies.

Cancel your order prior to shipment - no problem! Disputes opened or any other cancellation, without prior approval, will incur a $15 cancellation fee in the processed refund. Cancellations 24 hours after purchase will be given in the form of a store credit only.
Credit card orders are evaluated for potential fraud. We receive risk alerts and determine whether an order should be cancelled and refunded or not. You will be contacted via email if your order is marked as a risk. Many times, this is nothing serious and we can always invoice for products or you can use another payment card or Paypal to complete your order.
In the event of multiple orders by the same purchaser or related to the same purchaser (email, name, address, etc.) a 10% cancellation fee will be imposed with any refunds. Orders with a risk attached will not be processed.

We do not offer a refund on the sale of skincare products and devices. Buyer is responsible for reading products descriptions, asking questions and determining if device an/or skincare is appropriate for buyer. We do not guarantee results based on the use of the device or skincare purchased. We do not allow refunds, exchanges, returns or credit on used items. We do not offer return shipping labels or pay return shipping for approved returns unless it is our error (wrong item shipped, etc.).
STORE CREDIT: If, in the event a return is approved, a store credit will be issued. Store credits or replacements are issued for items received that are defective.
For approved returns/refunds, seller will process store credit/refund or exchange within 7-10 days upon receipt of returned product, and fees (plus any return shipping fees) will be processed to the same payment method (and/or credit card) used to make purchase. We do not send return shipping labels unless item is defective or sent in error. Buyer has responsibility for all other approved returns. Returns are accepted with prior approval only. Please contact us immediately if you need to return an item. We will need the reason, photos (video possibly), etc. Approvals must be obtained prior to return processing. Store credit will be issued for anything other than a defective product (device) or non-working device or seller error (wrong item shipped).
If a product is returned and not found to be defective or if it is returned in a used or non-usable state, or if it is in any way not in the state as it was sent (original packaging, unused, clean, etc.) a store credit -minus shipping fees- will be issued. The Clareblend Mini and Clareblend Red LED may be returned for repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s six-month, limited warranty. Only registered warranties are honored. Photos/videos of defect may be requested and should be issued within 7 days of receipt of device. Returns are not accepted for used products or devices.
Other than a defective product when received, a refund will not be issued for the Clareblend Mini or Red LED for any reason. Buyer assumes all responsibilities in determination of good candidacy for microcurrent or LED.
We offer free gifts with our Time Master Pro purchases - We cannot offer discounts or promos on this product or sets.
This manufacturer offers a HAPPINESS GUARANTEE! If defective, we can work out a replacement, however there are NO RETURNS/refunds for MBK devices other than defective.
MBK offers a two year warranty.
IMPORTANT: Please be advised all CANADIAN orders are responsible for ALL shipping, return/replacement shipping, etc. Please do not order if you are not in agreement.
CLAIMS: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to submit claims (including photos and any packaging) to the carrier. We will supply any needed information for claims but we do not submit claims or supply refunds on claim merchandise. If an item is missing or arrives damage due to the carrier, please notify us and submit your claim with the appropriate carrier immediately. We do not supply refunds or replacements for merchandise damaged in shipment, however we can work with you to supply discounts on a replacement while you are waiting for your claims to be settled. We will work with you but it is the responsibility of the purchaser and the carrier to settle claims.
We ship in approved/supplied USPS packaging.
In any case where we are at fault by sending incorrect merchandise, we will replace the time at our cost upon receipt of the returned incorrect item.

I've only used the TMP twice so far but from the two times I used it, I noticed instant plumping and it's still there for the next couple of days or so (also been using the Caviplla)...
I used it on my lips for a nice plumping effect. I also see less hollowness under my eyes. I'm afraid to get injections under my eyes (not from the pain, just possible unnatural results) so I'm thrilled that there's an alternative.
